Their goal is to shape an organisation’s leadership for the future while boosting employee engagement and motivation. I worked closely with their founder to build a brand that not only stands out from other HR based businesses, but keeps it professional with a modern twist.
Where most talent-building businesses used blues, blacks and greys, we opted to go for a Dusty Orange. Working in harmony with pops of Mustard Yellow and balancing with Deep Blue. The identity clearly has a focus on building and developing human potential.
